SERVICE TERMS FOR CAD DRAFTING AND ASBUILT SERVICES

Prime Edge LLC will invoice the client after the project is complete for all services provided. Payment will be due upon the receipt of invoice.
Prime Edge LLC will prepare CAD documents in accordance with general accepted professional practices and/or configurations provided by the client for the intended use of the project and makes no further warranty either expressed or implied.
All change orders that are desired by the client will result in completion date adjustment. Client must ensure that Prime Edge LLC has unlimited access to all rooms at scheduled times. Rescheduling rate due to the barriers to entry may apply.
Prime Edge LLC shall not be responsible for any costs that result from concealed conditions or any other conditions that are beyond their control, or that they would not reasonably expected as part of a normal CAD process. Prime Edge LLC shall not be liable for more than the project fee.
