Prime Edge assists Building Management and Construction industry professionals
in three separate areas. First, Prime Edge Asbuilt Services provides
accurate as-built drawings at the beginning of a remodeling project. Updated
electronic files and hard copies of the drawings significantly improve the
process of estimating, pre-planning and construction for all parties involved
in the process.
Secondly, Prime Edge Asbuilt Services works with general contractors
and subcontractors during the closeout phase to create final as-built
documentation for the project. Such documentation often needs to be completed
before building gets occupancy clearance. Prime Edge either works with
construction set of drawings and construction redlines to document deviations
and additions to original drawings, or sends out a qualified professional to
document such changes in the field. Prime Edge is experienced in working with
complete construction sets of plans, which assures that all
our clients receive a set of accurate as-builts conforming to
AIA guidelines and generally accepted principles.
Prime Edge also provides property mangers with asbuilt plans conforming to
BOMA/ANSI Z65.1 Standard (1996), a standard and a method for measuring floor
area in office buildings. Such asbuilt documentation helps to organize and to
manage current rented space and company records. Communication system
customized specifically for our commercial clients, BOMA Plan
Management, creates an easy way for property mangers to communicate
changes and updates to Prime Edge with changes in building occupancy.
